How the view works

View type: Admin

The events of the selected event category are ordered by event date and the corresponding messages are lined up by submission date. The order of the events as well as the messages in the events can be selected for each event. Depending on the displayed form fields, information of the message is shown in attendance tables. Each attendance table contains a PDF button where the respective list can be downloaded as a PDF file. The content of the PDF corresponds to the content of the tables on the website. With the appropriate permission there is also a delete button to permanently delete all messages of this event.

View type: Visitor

Only the attendance table of the event whose event source is on the same page as the attendance list view is displayed. Similar to the form view, the event is automatically detected and the corresponding attendance table is displayed. Only messages containing a positive message response (message: subscription) are displayed. Therefore, the view shows all subscriptions of a certain event and only makes sense if the radio box (subscription/unsubscription) was activated during message recording.
